Has your singer got the X-Factor?
As a professional vocal artist and wedding singer, I know and understand all of the tools and techniques needed to be a performer and just what it takes to have the 'X-Factor'.
However, it can be a mammoth and somewhat daunting task to try and ensure that you have found your perfect wedding singer, on what should be, one of the most important and magical days of your life.
This is why I have put together a checklist, showing you exactly what you should be researching and looking out for, before making that all important decision.
Hollie your Wedding Singer - Checklist
1.Look at their website (it is what represents them, as they see themselves and their services).
2.Listen to their voice (don't just pick one track and judge it, here a variety of different songs to see how diverse and suitable their voice is for your wedding).
3.Look at their Photo Gallery (how they look should also be almost as important as how they sound. If you've spend alot of time and money on getting every other aspect of your wedding spot on visually, then surely your entertainment should follow suit?!)
4.View their songlist (find out if they are willing and able to make a tailormade songlist of your choice).
5.Testimonials/Word of mouth (what better a reference, than of someone who's used them).
6.Packages (can they offer you an all round package that suits your budget and requirements?)
Talk to them (Rapport is essential, as they are going to be the 'soundtrack' to your wedding day).
